About orphanCare orphanCare International is the humanitarian aid division of Dillon International, Inc., a licensed intercountry child placement agency which has specialized in international adoptions and child relief programs since 1972. Ethiopia: Expanding services to children in Wolioso and surrounding areas. Ghana: Babies' nursery recently completed! Kenya: Sponsors are needed for children supported by Bala Mercy School!
